This Privacy Policy explains how Green Candle Cup / Green Candle Cake handles information when you use our website, game, and account features.

1. Information we use

To provide accounts and game functionality, we may process information such as your chosen player name, account identifier, email address when you choose an email-based account, and basic authentication information supplied by a login provider when you choose a third-party sign-in option such as Google.

We also store game-related information needed to operate Green Candle Cup, such as player progress, levels, rewards, characters, teams, seasons, tournament progress, and match-related data.

2. Guest accounts

Green Candle Cup may allow you to start playing as a guest. Guest progress may be associated with an anonymous account identifier. If you later choose to save or link your account, authentication information may be associated with that existing game account so your progress can remain available.

3. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides the authentication information required to sign you in, such as your Google account identifier and basic account information made available through the sign-in process. We use this information to authenticate your account and help you access your Green Candle Cup profile. We do not use Google Sign-In to access unrelated Google services or content unless we clearly ask for additional permission.

4. How information is used

• create, authenticate, and recover player accounts;
• save and display game progress;
• operate gameplay, teams, seasons, tournaments, rewards, and related features;
• protect the game and accounts against abuse or technical problems; and
• maintain and improve Green Candle Cup.

5. Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure and authentication services where necessary to operate the game. This includes Supabase for backend/account functionality and, when selected by the player, Google for Google Sign-In. Those providers process information under their own applicable privacy terms.

6. Advertising and external services

The Green Candle Cake website may use third-party services such as advertising, analytics, hosting, or external community/platform links. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and technologies.

7. Blockchain & GCAKE

Green Candle Cake (GCAKE) is an optional utility token connected to the Green Candle Cake ecosystem and Green Candle Cup. The token is currently in an early stage on Pump.fun and may be used for optional in-game utility where available.

If you use blockchain-related features, wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain. Green Candle Cake does not require or store your wallet private keys or seed phrase. Google Sign-In is separate from wallet functionality and does not give Green Candle Cake access to your crypto wallet.

8. Selling personal information

We do not sell players' personal information.

9. Data retention and account requests

We retain account and game information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the game, maintain account progress, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may contact us regarding privacy questions or requests concerning your account information.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and game information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Green Candle Cup changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
